Spectacle Blinds (also known as Figure-8 Blanks, Spectacle Flanges, or Eye-Fitting Blinds) are used for positive isolation of pipeline sections. The "Figure-8" design allows for quick visual confirmation of line status (Open/Closed) and easy changeover by simply rotating the blind. Ideal for temporary shutdowns during maintenance or repair work.
Complete Assembly: We supply either one-piece welded spectacle blinds (closed end + spacer ring on a single handle) or separate components: Paddle Blanks (blind end) and Spacer Rings upon request.
Quality Assurance: All products undergo strict dimensional inspection and pressure testing. Material certificates and quality passports are available upon request.
Application: Designed for use in aggressive media, high-pressure steam, oil & gas, chemical processing, and power generation industries.
Traceability: Each blind is permanently marked with size (DN/NPS), pressure class (PN/Class), material grade, and heat number.
