Our company continues to expand its supply of steel products for the oil and gas and petrochemical industries. One example of our project experience is the supply of 300 tons of pipes and pipeline fittings for an oil pipeline project.

The scope of supply included pipes and key pipeline fittings, such as elbows, tees, bends, reducers, caps, flanges, and gaskets.

Our professional team carried out the manufacturing of fittings with outside diameters ranging from 60.3 mm to 610 mm and wall thicknesses from 3 mm to 20 mm.

Materials and Standards

The products were manufactured using carbon steel grades in accordance with the following specifications:

API 5L Grade B

ASTM A234 WPB

ASTM A105

The applicable manufacturing and dimensional standards included ASME B36.10M-2015, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.5, MSS SP-75, and MSS SP-97.
