Quality Inspection Update: SS316L Pipes According to ISO 1127

Today, our production team carried out a comprehensive quality inspection of SS316L stainless steel pipes manufactured in accordance with the ISO 1127 standard for our customer.
As part of the inspection process, dimensional measurements were carefully performed, including:
- pipe length verification,
- outer and inner circumference measurements,
- wall thickness control along the entire pipe length.
All measurements were conducted using calibrated precision instruments to ensure full compliance with project specifications and international standards.
In addition to dimensional checks, a chemical composition test was completed. The results confirmed that the material fully meets the requirements of SS316L stainless steel, with verified levels of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum. These elements provide excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and reliable performance in demanding and aggressive environments.
SS316L pipes manufactured to ISO 1127 are widely used in the oil & gas, chemical, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries, where dimensional accuracy, material purity, and consistent quality are critical.
